Crossroads has several key  people  on our staff. Ken Dalton has served as Lead Pastor at Crossroads for 18 years.  Keith Turlington teaches at Western Harnett High School and leads our growing Student Ministry.  Aby Dolinger is our tireless leader for our exciting Children's Ministry.  Aby has two gifted assistants -- Ron Fisher, Jr. and Rita Perry. Susan Lattimore is our brilliant Director of Finances and also provide admin support for the team.
