Crossroads began in 1990 with a vision to be a regional ministry, touching lives and reaching people throughout the Harnett County area. After several nomadic years, the people of Crossroads experienced a major blessing from God, by being able to buy a 24,000 sf shopping center in the center of the county.
Crossroads, from it’s base in Lillington, has become a church that people have shown a willingness to drive to from all corners of the county and even from adjoining counties.
In 2007, after an extended time of prayer and research, the Elders recommended and the church family agreed that Crossroads begin to expand to the rapidly growing population of the area.
Crossroads is committed to building a system of multiple sites -- one church with a variety of locations. One vision, one set of values, one strategy, one solid ministry, with multiple locations, worship styles, and campus pastors who lead the people in their neighborhood to love God and serve His purposes.
One of the most rapidly growing areas of Harnett County is Anderson Creek. Many who attend Crossroads, drive from that area into Lillington to attend church. Crossroads Church Anderson Creek is about to launch. Services will be held on Sunday mornings at 10:45, beginning on September 14.
Crossroads Anderson Creek meets in the auditorium of Overhills High School on Ray Road in Spring Lake.
